Check in + Check Out
  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM

  • Shortly before your arrival, you will receive a pre-check-in link.
  • There, you can easily enter your details and will then receive your GUEST PASS.
  • You will also receive all necessary arrival information as well as the self access details for the villa.
  • Until 12 noon every day, there is someone on site at the villa who will be happy to help you.
  • The main reception is located at our partner site Hotel Am Hang – just 1 minute by car or a 5-minute walk.
  • You will receive all further information with your booking confirmation.
Smart Stay
Shortly before your arrival, you will conveniently receive all the necessary information by email, including the link for the pre-check-in.
This allows you to enter your details at your own pace and receive your GUEST PASS along with the digital access details for the villa – simple, secure, and contactless.
The best part? You’re independent, but never alone.
  • Every day until 12:00 PM, a staff member is on-site at the villa, ready to assist you if needed.
  • Additionally, you can always visit the reception at Hotel "Am Hang", just 1 minute by car or a 5-minute walk away.
  • And of course, we’re always reachable by phone or message should you have any questions or need assistance.
WINTER Season without Breakfast
During the winter season from December 3rd to March 27th, you can book our cozy apartments as regular holiday flatswithout breakfast or service.
But no worries: in return, you get plenty of freedom, a fair price – and of course, the Ritten Card/ Guest Pass is always included.
For longer stays, linen changes are included as always, as well as the final cleaning. And your equipment will be safely stored in the free ski room.
So: strap on your skis, your winter holiday is ready to begin – we can’t wait to welcome you!
Partner - Hotel am Hang
Together we are strong. Hotel am Hang is a 5-minute walk or 1-minute drive from Villa Maier. Here is also where our reception is located.
You are warmly invited to take advantage of the following services at Hotel am Hang:
  • Small bistro lunch from 12 to 1:45 p.m.
  • Bar service with coffee, cake, aperitif until 6:30 pm
  • Massages bookable at the front desk
Kids
As a member of the family-friendly hosts, we offer an adventurous and varied children's programme with supervision from mid-April to the beginning of November. Farm afternoons, pony rides, climbing, archery and much more. The villa also has a playground and a playroom for rainy days.
Cleaning
Final cleaning is included in the apartment price.
Additional intermediate cleaning can be booked.
For stays of 2 - 3 weeks, weekly intermediate cleaning and final cleaning are included.

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishes, pots, cutlery and cooking utensils, water glasses, wine glasses, cups and bowls, microwave, and filter coffee machine.
Dishwasher is available in the Deluxe Suite, Deluxe, and Comfort Suite apartments.
Available upon request: electric kettle, vacuum cleaner.
Not available: oven.
Pool
Our pool is solar-heated and can be used between mid-May and the mid of September (depending on the weather). The pool house and lawn with sun loungers are available to Villa Maier guests free of charge. Parents are responsible for supervising their children.
Sauna
Our indoor saunas are free of charge and can be used flexibly.
Tennis
Simple tennis rackets are available in the villa. Please bring suitable tennis shoes for clay courts (smooth sole) otherwise the use of the court is not permitted.
If you are interested in tennis lessons, feel free to contact us in advance to schedule an appointment.
Massages
You can easily book massages via our reception. These take place in our partner hotel Hotel am Hang. Our masseuses Katja and Oyuntus have great treatments in their program. Find out more.
Pets
Pets without food € 20.00 per pet/ day. Pets are not allowed in the spa and pool area and in the dining rooms.
However, you can have breakfast in the bar area, where you can bring your dog with you. Dogs are welcome on the terrace.

Please note that dogs are absolutely not allowed on the beds and furniture in the apartment. Please bring a dog bed and, if necessary, your own towels for your pet. Please understand that guests are responsible for any damage caused in the room or elsewhere. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee of €80 for final cleaning in case of extreme dirtiness.
Food Guide
Around Villa Maier, there’s a wide variety of fantastic restaurants and bistros, where culinary highlights are guaranteed. Whether cozy and traditional or chic and elegant, the Renon has something for every taste. And don’t worry, if you decide to enjoy a delicious dinner in the charming town of Bolzano, you can easily return with the last cable car at 10:40 PM. Cancellation:
General Cancellation Policy:

Notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005)

In principle, there is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code, but we nevertheless grant the following cancellation conditions:

5.10. Cancellation of the booking on the part of the booking customer is possible in written form, addressed to us.
5.11. Up to 30 days before the date of arrival at the latest, you may cancel the booking without stating a reason and without incurring any contractual penalties or mutual claims whatsoever.
5.12. Outside the period specified in 5.11., the booking customer may cancel the booking, subject to the following cancellation fees:

- up to 15 days before the date of arrival 30% of the total amount
- up to 8 days before the date of arrival 60% of the total amount
- within 8 days before the date of arrival and in case of no-show of the booking customer 70% of the total amount.

5.13. In the event of cancellation of the booking in accordance with Art. 5.11., the Provider shall return the deposit to the Booking Customer, insofar as the latter is entitled to it in accordance with Art. 5.11.
5.14. In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the Provider is authorized to claim the remaining of the outstanding cancellation fees from the booking customer.

Curtailment: The unused days of the travel arrangement will be 100% charged.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Payment:
You can pay your bill on departure as follows:
  • Cash payments are only possible up to € 4,999.00
  • With the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, EC-Card, debit cards (Maestro, V-Pay)
  • Bank transfer at least 2 bank working days before departure. (in this case will be booked as a deposit and settled on departure)
